Parent Focus Events

Termly the school holds Parent Focus Events for parents across all year groups.   All parents are welcome to come along! 

These Focus Events concentrates on topics which are of most importance and requested to be discussed by parents. 

This page is dedicated to any presentations used during meetings - so parents can access and read at their own leisure, if unable to attend the event in person. 

2026-2027

Parent Focus Event 1 - Thursday 10th and Friday 11th September 2026 

Focus - Yr 1 and 2 Continuous Provision and Phonics Meeting.  Parents from these year groups are invited along for a meeting with our KS1 Phase Leader Mrs Cave and our KS1 Assistant Head Teacher Mrs Hunt.   At this meeting Parents will be provided with information on how CP and Phonics is delivered across KS1 and the progress of learning.  Parents will also be provided with information on how they can support their child at home with this.

Key Stage 1 - CP & Phonics Meeting 

Parent Focus Event 2 - Thursday 17th September 2026 

Focus - Meeting with Yr 6 parents to discuss residential trip in November 2026. 

Parent Focus Event 3 - Parent Consultations Tuesday 13th October and Thursday 15th October 2026 

Focus - Parent consultation meetings with class teacher to discuss how their child is settling in and to discuss any assessments.
