PiXL

What is PiXL?

How do we use it?

PiXL resources are used to support whole-class learning as well as run short, skill-based interventions. These daily interventions are tailored towards the needs of individuals and are able to support and challenge children of all abilities. Below is an example of a weekly timetable.

  • I like PiXL because the quizzes help me learn how to answer different questions and understand new words. I also like the year 6 therapy because it helps me understand how to skim and scan the text and help me decide about what to put as my answer.
  • I enjoy PIXL a lot because it is very fun and we learn in a fun way.
  • I really enjoy it because I wasn’t very confident at reading out loud before. It also helps me because I have gone up in my reading tests.
